HOTELS/CAMPING
The participants have to book their hotel nights individually. A couple of
months before start, the “Roadbook” will be published and there you will
find hotels, camp sites etc (with phone numbers and e-mail addresses) for
every night stop.

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT
According to “Rules & Conditions for Arctic 4×4 Experience 2011″ (4.1), only GPS equipment without maps are allowed. Together with our partner GARMIN™ we can offer participants to buy Garmin eTrex H for only 69 € incl. VAT (Normal Price 110 €).
If you want to order a Garmin eTrex H, just add 69 € to your entry fee and include “GPS” in the remark field. The GPS will be shipped to you in January 2011, together with the race package including your numbers, sponsor stickers, maps, etc.
SATELLITE PHONE
Some parts of the rally goes trough areas with very bad or no network coverage at all for mobile phones. SatRent.se offer participants 15% discount on the rental fee for a satellite phone (Thuraya or Iridium). Discount code: Your team name.
